Standard delivery to the UK is 3-5 working days. You’ll be kept in the loop on the status of your order with confirmation and tracking emails.
*Selected postcodes will not be eligible to receive Next Day delivery.
Please note: For large volume orders of 31 items and above, delivery costs are £15. This rate will be automatically applied at checkout when your order reaches this quantity threshold.
Next Day Delivery
You’ll be able to use our delivery table below to determine when your Next Day order will be delivered. Yodel will deliver Next Day items between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday.

Can I specify a day for delivery?
That’s not a service we currently offer.
Who will deliver my order?
UK: Your items are sent by Yodel or for large orders FedEx between the hours of 07:00-21:00 Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). On receipt of the goods a signature will be required. If nobody is available at the address specified, Yodel will attempt to have the parcel signed for and left with a neighbour, a card will be left giving you the location of your goods.
Can I specify a courier service?
At this time we are currently only using Yodel and for large orders FedEx. As this is the case, we are unable to offer an alternative courier at this time.
Can I track my order?
You sure can - please take a note of the tracking number in your confirmation email and use the below Yodel link to track the parcel:
Can I ship to any address?
We currently only ship to a registered PayPal/Card Payment address. Please make sure that your address on your account and order is up to date so that we can deliver your item to the correct address.
At this time we are unable to deliver any orders to BFPO addresses or PO Box addresses.
Please note: At this time we only ship to addresses in the UK.
Delivery Issues? Let's Sort It Out
If there's any confusion about your OFFCUTS delivery (like you never received it, but tracking says it was delivered), we'll need about 5 working days to investigate what happened.
During this time, our team will:
- Check with our warehouse about what was sent
- Work with our delivery partner to trace your package
- Review our dispatch footage to ensure everything left our facility correctly
To help us resolve this quickly, we might ask you to:
- Provide any delivery signature information you have
- Complete a quick declaration confirming you didn't receive your order
The sooner you can send us this information, the faster we can help! If we don't receive these details promptly, our investigation might take longer than 5 working days.
Please let us know about any delivery problems as soon as possible - if too much time passes, it becomes much harder for us to track down what happened to your footwear.
Undelivered Parcels:
Our delivery partner Yodel will try to deliver your shoes up to three times. If they can't get your parcel to you after these attempts, they'll send it back to our warehouse. Don't worry - if this happens, we'll automatically refund your payment and let you know right away. If you still want your shoes, just place a new order whenever you're ready, and we'll get them on their way to you again!
Missing Something from Your Order?
We're so sorry if part of your OFFCUTS order hasn't arrived! We want to get this sorted for you quickly, but we do need about 5 working days to investigate properly.
During this time, we'll check with our warehouse team to confirm what was actually shipped. If everything looks correct on our end, we'll work with our delivery partner to figure out what happened.
We might ask you to:
- Send us photos of the packaging you received
- Complete a quick declaration confirming items were missing when your package arrived
The sooner you let us know about any missing items, the better chance we have of tracking them down for you. If you wait too long to report this, it becomes much harder for us to help.

Received the Wrong Shoes?
When your footwear arrives, please take a quick moment to check they're exactly what you ordered before wearing them.
If you've received the wrong style, size, or color, let us know right away! We'll sort this out for you as quickly as possible.
The sooner you contact us about any mix-ups, the easier it is for us to help. Unfortunately, if you've already worn the shoes (and they're not faulty), we won't be able to accept them as a return.
